Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Normal pregnant women: Pregnant women who do not have other internal or external complications during pregnancy, undergo prenatal care at our hospital, and are expected to deliver - Pregnant women with gestational diabetes: Pregnant women who meet the criteria for stage 1 (fasting = 92 mg/dL, 1 hour = 180 mg/dL) or stage 2 (fasting = 95 mg/dL, 1 hour = 180 mg/dL) glucose tolerance test between 24 and 28 weeks of pregnancy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Pregnant women who did not consent to participate in the study - Pregnant women diagnosed with internal or external surgical diseases during pregnancy or within 12 weeks of delivery - Pregnant women who are unable to obtain information related to delivery, the postpartum period, or newborns - Research subjects who cannot read the research content (e.g., foreigners, illiterate, etc.)
