Inclusion criteria: Males with at least one year of weight training experience and familiarity with the Barbell Hip Thrust exercise

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with a history of lumbar spine, sacroiliac joint, or lower limb injuries within the past year, or those with past or current neurological and musculoskeletal disorders
