Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Participants include patients with relevant conditions treated according to the collaboration model outlined in the pilot project guidelines, as well as non-collaborative patients who did not receive collaborative treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Auto insurance patients† ? Patients expected to be difficult to follow up, due to unstable housing, unclear contact information, etc. ? Patients who may have difficulty understanding and responding to the study questionnaire due to illiteracy, mental incapacity, etc. ? Other patients whom the researcher deems unsuitable for study participation † Not eligible for the Korean medicine and Western medicine collaboration Pilot Project
