Behavioral : Intervention group The experimental group will participate in the program plan consisting of lectures, discussions, and experiential activities for 4 weeks, 8 times (twice a week), 60-70

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Those aged 65 years or older, 2) Those not being treated for fractures or acute illnesses, 3) Including elderly with mild frailty (K-FRAI score of 2 or lower), 4) Those who can exercise on their own, 5) Those without cognitive impairment (those classified as non-dementia group in the Mini-cog test (Borson et al., 2003)) and those who can communicate, 6) Those who have not participated in a similar program within the past 6 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Those admitted to a nursing hospital or nursing home, 2) Those who have difficulty in carrying out activities and exercise on their own, 3) Those with physical imbalance due to pain, musculoskeletal disease, or nervous system disease
