Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Pediatric patients aged 4 to 13 years undergoing strabismus surgery at the one-day surgery center - Patients classified as ASA 1 or 2 - Patients who can clearly communicate symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, thirst, pain, and sore throat - Patients who can understand and respond appropriately to the Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) - Patients who symptoms have been assessed 24 hours post-surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Patients younger than 4 years old or older than 13 years old - Patients classified as ASA = 3 - Patients with morbid obesity (BMI = 40 kg/m²) - Patients with a history of gastrointestinal surgery - Patients unable to clearly communicate symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, thirst, pain, or sore throat - Patients unable to understand the Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) - Patients who had nausea or vomiting prior to surgery - Patients scheduled for postoperative hospitalization at general ward
