Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Adult males aged 19 to 35 (total 70 persons) - About 24 cadets and 48 athletes, high-intensity physical activity soldiers who are carrying out systematic training programs - A person who voluntarily participates and agrees after hearing an explanation of the purpose and method of the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a person with a physical or mental disability who is unable to exercise at the discretion of the medical staff
