Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A total of 400 participants were recruited from health fitness centers (individuals engaging in exercise at least once a week) who voluntarily consented to participate, along with 100 patients registered at Yeungnam University Medical Center and affiliated hospitals. (The study involving 100 patients registered at Yeungnam University Medical Center will proceed after obtaining approval from the Yeungnam University Hospital Institutional Review Board [IRB])

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals unable to participate in the exercise program due to limited mobility : : Those who voluntarily decline participation Individuals unable to engage in the exercise program due to immobility Adults aged 80 or older and children or adolescents aged 20 or younger
