Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - An adult aged 20 to 65 years of age who voluntarily agrees to participate after hearing the explanation of this study and can communicate - Inpatients who need to insert and maintain 18 Guage Angiocatheter intravenously for surgery - a person who has no wound at the scheduled site of an intravenous injection

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - A person who has taken a drug that may affect the measurement of pain and stress - a severely ill patient with severe bleeding or infection - Patients who have no capacity to agree to participate in the study
