Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Male or female participants aged 65 years or older (2) Individuals who skip at least one meal a day (3) Individuals who are capable of oral intake (4) Individuals who can communicate effectively (5) Individuals who voluntarily agree to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Individuals with impaired renal function and who are taking renal medications (2) Individuals who have difficulty walking (3) Individuals participating in any exercise or clinical nutrition program (4) Individuals who cannot communicate (5) Individuals with allergies to soy, milk, or related products (6) Individuals on a restricted diet for reasons such as weight loss or disease management
