Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Voluntary consenting middle and high school youth soccer players registered with the Korea Football Association who had chronic ankle instability identified by the Cumberland Ankle Instability Tool (CAIT) with a score of 25 or less, and 250 players without chronic ankle instability.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Excludes athletes with ankle sprains within 3 months, knee and hip injuries, and athletes not participating in team practices.
