Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Study Participants No specific restrictions on gender or age; the participants are elderly individuals receiving home-visit oral care services based on the Integrated Elderly Medical and Care Support Program. Intervention group: 27 elderly participants from Cheonan City, who are involved in the home-visit oral care program under the Integrated Elderly Medical and Care Support initiative. Control group: 34 elderly participants from Cheonan City, who are attending day care centers. Common criteria: Individuals who have been fully informed about the study, understood the details, and voluntarily agreed to participate in the research, signing written consent to comply with the study's requirements. This description clarifies the participant groups and inclusion criteria for the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria Participants who withdrew from the study during the survey process due to communication difficulties, making it impossible to continue their participation. Participants who were unable to continue the intervention due to health issues, hospitalization, or other factors that made home-visit interventions impossible, leading to withdrawal from the study.
