Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Diagnosed with Adolescent Idiopathic Scoliosis (AIS). - Low skeletal maturity with a Risser grade of 0–2. - Cobb angle between 10° and 50°. - Female participants aged 10 to 19 years. - Both participant and legal guardian have provided informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Previous participation in bracing therapy or Schroth exercise programs. - History of spinal surgery. - Presence of metabolic or neuromuscular disorders. - Severe physical or psychological conditions that could affect the study. - Deemed unsuitable for participation by the investigator.
