Others(manual cervical decompression at the C2-C4 segments) : Manual cervical decompression will be performed on the C2-C4 cervical segments for 10 minutes, with each application lasting 10 seconds.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Scapula was downwardly rotated by visual appraisal 2) clavicle appeared to be horizontal or the acromioclavicular joint was lower than the sternoclavicular joint by visual appraisal 3) the vertebral border of the scapular was less than 3 inches.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Cervical spinal fracture 2) Cervical rotation rom left and right less than 20 degrees 3) Scoliosis 4) With other underlying cervical disorders
