Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The participants in this study were 26 amateur soccer players in their 20s and 30s living in metropolitan city B. The participants had at least 5 years of soccer experience, including middle and high school sports club activities, and played at least once a week.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants were excluded if they had a history of lower extremity injury requiring medical attention in the previous 6 months, systemic disease, cardiovascular disease, neurologic disorders, fractures, or surgery in the previous year.
