Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: An elderly patient over 70 years of age under anesthesia and surgery at Hallym University Chuncheon Sacred Heart Hospital

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a) Patients who are unable to assess cognitive function or have no ability to consent to the study (A patient who is unconscious or unable to speak) b) a mentally retarded person c) a terminally ill patient d) a patient's refusal
