Inclusion criteria: A person who can communicate verbally and does not interfere with physical activity

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? A person who refuses or renounces participation due to the participant's own will or unavoidable circumstances of the school (e.g., discharge, class, event, frequent disciplinary action, etc.) during the course of the study. ? A person who has missed at least three out of a total of 24 sessions of therapy programs ? A person who refuses and fails to measure psychological and physiological tests
