Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria: · Adults with normal arm movements before the morbidity period and no concomitant lesions of the upper extremities · Adults who can understand exercise education, aged 20-60 years old at the time of informed consent · No previous surgery of the upper or lower extremities, gait disturbance, spinal or extremity disease, and cognitive impairment to understand the treatment

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria: · Patients who are able to participate faithfully in this study: Previous surgery of the upper and lower limbs, diseases of the spine and upper limbs, cognitive impairment unable to understand the treatment Number of subjects Rationale: Based on the data derived from the preliminary study (Effect size 15 degrees of joint angle a error 0. 01, power 80%), the calculated sample size was 25, and the final sample size was calculated to be 28, considering a 10% dropout rate.
