Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Adults aged 19 to 80 years 2) Those who voluntarily agreed to participate in this study 3) Those who agreed to the collection of waterproof tissues

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with other eye diseases (retinal vein occlusion, retinal artery occlusion, diabetic retinopathy, age-related macular degeneration, etc.) other than cataracts, 2) Patients who have undergone previous eye surgery or laser treatment, 3) Patients with intraocular inflammation, immunosuppressive medication users, 4) Patients with abnormalities that may affect decreased cooperation, 5) Patients who have not given voluntary written consent (consent to donate human-derived materials, etc.) to participate in the study (those who have refused voluntary donation), 6) Patients who pose a risk to the safety of subjects (participants) according to the Bioethics and Safety Act, etc., 7) Other cases in which participation in this clinical trial is deemed unsuitable based on the judgment of the researcher.
