Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Those who understand the purpose of the study and agree to participate Those who are between 20 and 60 years of age and have a spouse Those who have undergone mastectomy and have not had breast reconstruction Those diagnosed with breast cancer less than 5 years ago Patients who currently have no recurrence of breast cancer or metastasis to other organs Those who answered ‘yes’ to one or more questions assessing sexual problems in cancer patients according to the NCCN (2017) guidelines

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who have been diagnosed with anxiety or depression by a doctor and are currently receiving medication
