Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age: 20-40 years Women within 5 weeks postpartum Women who had a vaginal delivery Women who delivered a singleton

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Women with third- or fourth-degree perineal tears following vaginal delivery Women with specific female conditions, including pelvic or abdominal surgery and pubic symphysis diastasis Women with serious illnesses affecting either the mother or the baby Women who delivered via cesarean section Women with neurological diseases Women with cardiovascular or respiratory diseases Women with severe visual field defects BMI = 30 kg/m² (moderate obesity or higher) Cases where comprehension of this study is insufficient to participate in the exercise program
