Inclusion criteria: Adult patients between the ages of 18 and 80 undergoing combined revascularization under general anesthesia for Moyamoya disease

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who do not agree to participate in the study Patients with preoperative neurological deficits
