Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The participants in this study were middle-aged men from urology clinics in Seoul, Gyeonggi, and Gangwon provinces who had received treatment for andropause. They were selected through convenience sampling with the approval of the clinic directors. Eligibility criteria included those who understood the purpose of the study, agreed to participate in the program, were able to communicate, and could comprehend and respond to the survey. Exclusion criteria included individuals with mental disorders requiring professional treatment or those with physical limitations that would hinder participation in the health improvement program.
