Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria are individuals aged 18 to 35 years, with a body mass index of less than 35 kg/m2, who have undergone primary unilateral ACLR within the past 6 to 36 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria include meniscal tears, meniscectomy, bilateral ACLR, revision ACLR, multi-ligament injuries, contralateral limb injuries within the past 6 months, diagnosis of cardiovascular disease (e.g., hypertension), and registration with the Korean Sport & Olympics Committee.
