Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Suspicion of abnormal lesions in the ampulla of Vater based on prior imaging studies such as CT or MRI

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Patients with a history of prior endoscopic resection or surgical treatment for the ampulla of Vater ? Bleeding tendency (INR > 1.5 or platelet count < 50,000/mm³) ? Contraindications to endoscopy ? Patients with altered anatomical structures due to previous surgery
