Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Nurses with a total clinical experience of at least six months. 2) Nurses working in general wards or special units, excluding psychiatric wards. 3) Nurses without restrictions on participating in the virtual reality (VR) program, specifically, those who can understand VR program instructions and equipment usage according to the researcher's guidance, have no significant physical limitations such as difficulty sitting for extended periods in a chair with armrests and a backrest, and possess sufficient vision and hearing to use the VR program. 4) Nurses who understand the purpose of the study and the questionnaire items and voluntarily agree to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Nurses with less than six months of total clinical experience. 2) Nurses who have worked in psychiatric wards in the past or are currently working in psychiatric wards. 3) Nurses who participated in the pilot testing phase during the development of the virtual reality-based psychiatric emergency simulation education of this study.
