Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients scheduled for elective neurosurgery 2. Patients aged 19 to 80 years, and corresponding to the American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status classification system II-IIIe

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who do not consent to a clinical trial 2. Patients with underlying sepsis or expected massive bleeding 3. Patients with moderate-to-high risk lung disease such as asthma or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease 4. Patients who are chronic alcoholics or are taking long-term psychotropic medications 5. Patients with acidosis in preoperative ABGA
