Inclusion criteria: The subjects of this study are nurses, and the specific criteria for selecting subjects are as follows. Selection Criteria ? Those who have a nursing license and have at least 3 months of clinical experience ? Those who understand the purpose of the study and agree to voluntarily participate in this study
