Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients with a history of meniscal surgery (including meniscectomy, meniscal repair, or transplantation) 2) Physical activity participation of less than 150 minutes per week in the past 6 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Musculoskeletal, neurological injuries, diseases, or disabilities within the past 30 days 2) History of lower limb surgery other than meniscal surgery 3) Kellgren-Lawrence grade > 2 for osteoarthritis 4) Body Mass Index (BMI) > 36 kg/m²
