Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: MoMFIT Intervention Group : Beneficiaries of the Community Care MoMFIT Intervention MoMFIT Control Group : Community Care program participants, but non-beneficiaries of the MoMFIT intervention

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Individuals who discontinued participation in the study midway due to difficulties in communication during the survey response process, making it impossible to proceed further. - Individuals who discontinued participation midway due to health issues or hospitalization, making it difficult to continue the MoMFIT intervention.
