Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ¦ Elderly women aged 65 and over ¦ Individuals with urinary incontinence, as indicated by a total score of 4 or higher on the stress urinary incontinence questions or a total score of 6 or higher on the urgency urinary incontinence questions in the Questionnaire for Urinary Incontinence Diagnosis (QUID) ¦ Individuals who are able to perform physical activities independently ¦ Individuals who are able to communicate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ¦ Participants diagnosed with dementia ¦ Participants with neurological impairments such as stroke, traumatic brain injury, or Parkinson's disease ¦ Participants with musculoskeletal injuries or surgical experiences within the past 6 months, or those with musculoskeletal disorders or deformities that could interfere with the performance of exercises ¦ Participants currently taking medications related to the treatment of urinary incontinence

Urinary Incontinence Symptoms: Tool: International Consultation on Incontinence Questionnaire-Short Form (ICIQ-SF). Description: Measures the frequency, severity, and impact of incontinence on daily life. Higher scores indicate more severe symptoms.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Body Composition / Tool: Body composition analyzer (Inbody 770). Description: Assesses body fat percentage, fat-free mass, body mass index (BMI), and muscle mass.; Grip Strength / Tool: Digital hand dynamometer (T.K.K5401). Description: Measures the average grip strength of both hands.;Balance Ability / Tools: Star Excursion Balance Test (SEBT), Five Times Sit-to-Stand Test (FTSSTS). Description: Evaluates dynamic balance and lower limb strength. ;Stress Levels / Tool: Heart Rate Variability (HRV) analyzer. Description: Measures autonomic nervous system balance and psychological stress levels.;Quality of Life / Tool: Incontinence Quality of Life Instrument (I-QOL). Description: Includes three domains (avoidance behaviors, psychosocial impact, and social embarrassment). Higher scores indicate better quality of life.
