Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Single mothers aged 18 or older who have decided to raise their child, within 2 weeks to 4 months postpartum. ? Individuals who own a mobile communication device and can download and use the ZEP application. ? Individuals capable of communicating in Korean. ? Individuals who understand the purpose of the study and provide consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? If the child is premature or has health issues. ? If the mother currently has physical or mental health problems.
