Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The participants of the present study were premenopausal obese women aged 30 to 49 years residing in the city of S, with a body mass index of 25 kg/m² or more, and who had not participated in any exercise training in the past 6 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria included pregnancy, taking any medication, smoking, having cardiovascular disease, and those with mental illness or physical disability who could not perform the study properly.
