Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) First-term pregnant women who have been diagnosed with a high-risk pregnancy between 20 weeks and 1 day gestation and 33 weeks and 6 days gestation, and who have been hospitalized for more than 3 days (2) First-time pregnant women who are pregnant with singleton or twin fetuses (3) After explaining the purpose of this study and the expressive writing program, those who understand the purpose of this study and agree to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Pregnant women under the age of 19 (2) Pregnant women who are pregnant with multiple births, excluding twin babies (3) Minor Duties (4) High-risk pregnant women whose condition is critical or who are expected to give birth in an emergency according to the judgment of medical staff (5) Pregnant women who have been diagnosed with mental illness or who are taking psychotropic drugs
