Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged between 40 and 75 years, classified as ASA (American Society of Anesthesiologists) physical status 1 or 2, who visit Eunpyeong St. Mary's Hospital and undergo general anesthesia for robot-assisted laparoscopic prostatectomy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients anticipated to have a difficult airway Patients with cerebrovascular diseases Patients with cerebrovascular stenosis Patients with increased intracranial pressure Patients with pulmonary symptoms or conditions such as obstructive pulmonary disease, asthma, or pneumothorax Patients with abnormal preoperative electrocardiograms not showing normal sinus rhythm Patients with cardiac dysfunction, including unstable angina or left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) < 40%
