Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who visited the National Rehabilitation Center were diagnosed with central nervous system damage and had a history of using rehabilitation sports programs.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who lacked information on body composition, health and fitness evaluation, and quality of life when participating in the program, did not receive exercise for a sufficient period of time, received a diagnosis other than central nervous system damage, or had difficulty participating in exercise due to musculoskeletal disease were excluded.
