Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Inclusion criteria: Adults aged 19 years or older who have been recorded with a primary or secondary diagnosis of ulcerative colitis and Crohn's disease who are capable of using mobile devices.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 2) Exclusion criteria: Individuals who are unable to understand the information provided in the consent form, those who do not agree to participate in the study, or those deemed unsuitable for participation by the researcher.
