Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Those aged 65 years or older 2) Those who can walk independently for more than 30 minutes without an assistive device 3) Those who scored 24 points or higher on the MMSE-K test 4) Those who understand the purpose of the study and agree to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Those diagnosed with a cardiopulmonary disease or hospitalized within the past 6 months 2) Those with functional mobility limitations due to neurological damage to the lower extremities 3) Those participating in cultural and artistic programs or physical function enhancement programs within other facilities 4) Those taking medication or receiving medical treatment due to psychological problems within the past 6 months
