Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults aged 20 years or older undergoing endovascular treatment of the aorta or concurrent debranching surgery (thoracic aortic stenting: TEVAR) for aortic dissection or aortic aneurysm

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) History of cerebrovascular accident (2) History of dementia (3) Death during surgery or within 24 hours after surgery (4) Patient does not consent (5) Patient is a foreigner or illiterate who cannot read the consent form (6) If two or more surgeries are performed during the period of hospitalization, clinical data on reoperations are excluded.
