Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Individuals with brain lesions Adults aged 19 and older Patients with sufficient cognitive ability to understand and follow the researcher’s instructions Patients with spasticity in the affected arm at a Modified Ashworth Scale (MAS) level of 2 or below Inpatients or outpatients at the National Rehabilitation Center

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Individuals with brain lesions Those with uncontrolled medical or surgical conditions Those unable to complete the assigned tasks Individuals for whom physical activity may pose medically adverse effects ? Includes older adults unable to perform resistance exercises, pregnant women, etc. Patients who have undergone orthopedic surgery on the upper limb within the past six months
