Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with type 2 diabetes, aged 30-70 years, with an A1C of 6.5% or more, who use the Community Health Promotion Center and own a digital device such as a smartphone or PC.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who do not meet the selection criteria
