Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) University students currently enrolled with an ASRS Scale Part A score of = 4 2) Individuals with no difficulties in communication 3) Individuals able to provide informed consent on their own
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Individuals currently suffering from severe mental disorders, such as major depressive disorder, bipolar disorder, or schizophrenia 2) Individuals with a history of alcohol or substance abuse or dependence within the past 6 months 3) Individuals with neurological conditions, such as cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage 4) Individuals taking anticoagulants due to thrombosis or embolism or having conditions that cause bleeding tendencies 5) Individuals with a history of alcohol or substance abuse or dependence within the past 6 months 6) Individuals with significant visual or hearing impairments that may interfere with VR device use 7) Individuals with severe cardiovascular conditions that may restrict the use of VR devices 8) Pregnant or breastfeeding women 9) Individuals deemed unsuitable for participation by the research team 10) Individuals who have participated in other clinical studies within the past 3 months
