Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy men in their 20s who have consistently participated in exercise (Pilates or resistance training) for one year

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with surgical diseases, neurological disorders, cardiovascular diseases, those who have undergone surgery within the past six months, and those enrolled in the principal investigator's class
