Others(video education data) : For the preliminary measurement, the researcher will visit the patients room selected as the subject on the eve of surgery to explain the purpose and method of the study

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) A person diagnosed with chronic otitis media and planned endoscopic ventricular plastic surgery under local anesthesia (2) Adults 19 years of age or older who can communicate and understand and respond to questions (3) A person who understands the purpose of this study and voluntarily agrees to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) A person who has previously undergone surgery for otitis media or has had ear surgery for other diagnoses (2) a patient who will perform an incision such as a sinus incision rather than an endoscopic surgical method (3) A person who has severe vision loss in both eyes or is unable to view images due to a defect (4) A person who is unable to communicate, such as brain damage, cognitive impairment, mental illness, etc
