Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The study subjects are adult male patients (aged 19 to 70) undergoing knee surgery at Konkuk University Hospital. These patients belong to ASA (American Society of Anesthesiologists) class I, II, or III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Emergency surgery or outpatient-based surgery, 2. History of hypersensitivity to galactose or dextran 40, 3. History of drug abuse or misuse, 4. Current use of sedatives or opioid analgesics that could affect sleep, 5. Concurrent surgeries on other parts of the body, 6. Lactose intolerance, 7. Severe liver failure, 8. Neurological disorders, 9. BMI greater than 35 kg/m², 10. History of hypersensitivity to the study drugs.
