Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria are: 1) adults aged 19 or older, 2) fluent in Korean, 3) capable of using messaging services (KakaoTalk) without difficulty, and 4) motivated to improve their sex addiction issues.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria include: 1) currently receiving professional help for the issue or 2) having severe, long-lasting symptoms requiring intensive intervention.
