Procedure/Surgery : 1. Resection (resecting with a 1-2 mm margin of normal tissue) 2. Enucleation (resecting only the pseudocapsule of the tumor without including normal tissue)

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with suspected kidney cancer planning for robot-assisted partial nephrectomy (= 7 cm) GFR of 60 or above Aged 19 years or older

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with a GFR below 60 Renal tumors larger than 7 cm on preoperative CT or MRI Patients who decline to participate in the study
