Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients with substantial corneal damage identified as stage 2-3 by Mackie classification 2) Among patients with Coachet-Bonnet esthesiometry levels below 20mm, patients who did not improve after 3 months of treatment
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Except for those with ophthalmic overt infection or ongoing inflammation. 2) Except when dry eyes are not controlled. (Schirmer test < 5 mm) 3) Except for those who have undergone ophthalmic surgery within 3 months. 4) Except when follow-up observation is not possible for more than 12 months. 5) This excludes cases where general health is not controlled or recovery from the wound is expected due to a serious medical condition. 6) Except if you do not want to or have not filled out the consent form. 7) In addition to the above matters, cases where clinical performance is deemed difficult by the judgment of the clinical trial director are excluded.
