Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The research participants will include patients aged 20 years or older who are undergoing general anesthesia surgery at Asan Medical Center, with the insertion of an esophageal stethoscope and invasive arterial pressure monitoring.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients aged 80 years or older Patients with esophageal varices at risk of bleeding during esophageal stethoscope insertion Patients in whom esophageal stethoscope placement is technically difficult due to surgical approach or anatomical considerations Cases where heart sound monitoring equipment is unavailable or where hemodynamic monitoring cannot be performed due to technical limitations Patients undergoing emergency procedures, cardiac surgery, or major vascular surgery
