Inclusion criteria: Elderly individuals aged 65 and over Those who can walk independently and have no issues with daily activities

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with neurological or musculoskeletal disorders Those deemed unsuitable for study participation by the principal investigator for other reasons
