Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Adults aged 18 years or older 2) Those receiving dialysis at least twice a week at the E Hospital's artificial kidney unit 3) Those who have been on hemodialysis for more than 3 months 4) Those who have not participated in another dietary education program within 3 months prior to the dietary education intervention 5) Those who do not have a mental illness on their medical record 6) Those who are able to communicate, understand the contents of the questionnaire, and answer 7) Those who understand this study and have given written consent

Exclusion criteria
